We usually associate the phrase "the voices in my head" with bad stuff. If you're hearing voices, you might not be in a great place, mentally. Maybe you're imagining things that aren't there, and you should probably seek help. But sometimes the "voices in my head" are just tweets that I've seen. Is that so wrong and concerning? Maybe that's just a symptom of being an "online person" in the 21st century. We're always hearing voices in our heads, they're just from internet pundits rather than mysterious demonic forces.

It's just idiots online telling me that "shrimps is bugs" every time I see a plate of shrimp. Or it's an edited picture of the vice president that's been so photoshopped that I can't tell what he actually looks like anymore. These aren't necessarily bad influences on my mind, but they do clutter the place up a bit. There's a lot of garbage online, and it can be hard to sift through it by yourself.
